Whether it was a sofa, a fridge, or even a few boxes, the process always felt outdated — lots of phone calls, unclear pricing, unreliable timing.

I asked myself: Why isn't moving items as simple as booking a taxi?

That question was the spark that led to TheVanApp.

Founded in 2024 in Malta, a country known for its vibrant start-up culture, TheVanApp was built to combine the efficiency of modern technology with the reliability of professional drivers. Our mission was clear from the very beginning: to create a platform where booking a van is as easy, fast, and stress-free as ordering a taxi through a ride-hailing app.
