Trademark & Branding Guidelines

The "TheVanApp" name, logo, and all related marks, designs, and brand assets (collectively, the "Brand Assets") are the exclusive property of Asergis Operations Limited, registered in Malta. These guidelines govern how the Brand Assets may be used by third parties.

Unauthorised use of the Brand Assets is strictly prohibited and may constitute trademark infringement, which could result in legal action.

You may use the TheVanApp name and logo in the following circumstances:

Referential Use: You may refer to TheVanApp by name in editorial content, news articles, and reviews, provided the reference is accurate and not misleading.

Authorised Partners: If you are an authorised partner of TheVanApp, you may use the Brand Assets as specified in your partnership agreement.

Press and Media: Members of the press may use our logo and brand assets for editorial purposes. Please contact [email protected] for high-resolution assets.

You must not:

Use the TheVanApp name or logo in a way that suggests endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation with TheVanApp without our prior written consent. Use the Brand Assets in a way that is misleading, defamatory, or that damages the reputation of TheVanApp. Modify, alter, or create derivative works of the Brand Assets without our prior written consent. Use the Brand Assets as part of your own company name, product name, or domain name. Use the Brand Assets in any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent.

When referring to our brand in writing, please use the correct formatting:

Correct: "TheVanApp" (one word, with capital T, V, and A)

Incorrect: "The Van App", "thevanapp", "The VanApp", "Thevanapp"

The brand name should always be written as a single word: "TheVanApp".

When using the TheVanApp logo, please observe the following guidelines:

Do not alter the logo's colours, proportions, or design elements. Do not place the logo on backgrounds that make it difficult to read. Maintain adequate clear space around the logo. Do not use the logo at sizes that make it illegible. Always use official logo files obtained from TheVanApp.

If you wish to use the Brand Assets in a way not covered by these guidelines, please contact us at [email protected] with a description of the intended use. We will review your request and respond within 10 business days.

Permission to use the Brand Assets is granted at our sole discretion and may be withdrawn at any time.

We actively monitor for unauthorised use of our Brand Assets. If we become aware of any unauthorised use, we will take appropriate action, which may include sending a cease and desist notice and/or initiating legal proceedings.
